Since I started working with Jami, I have seen a huge increase in strength and endurance. I have an active job so that was evident pretty much immediately. I can engage in normal lifting tasks much more efficiently, and it takes a lot more for me to get winded. My initial goal was simply weight loss and, working with Jami, I’ve, as of now, lost just shy of 60lbs. She helped me overcome struggles with snacking and lack of self-confidence by engaging in genuinely helpful conversation instead of a flow chart format.
