About Jami
I’m Jami — a women’s wellness and fitness coach who helps busy women in their 30s, 40s, 50s & beyond feel strong, energized, and confident again.
With certifications in CrossFit (L2), NASM CPT, NASM Nutrition, and Women’s Fitness — plus 9+ years of coaching experience — I understand how real-life stress, hormones, and responsibilities can make consistency feel impossible.
I created this membership because women deserve a space where progress is realistic, support is consistent, and strength feels accessible — no matter the season of life.

Nope! You have 3 workout options to choose from:
Bodyweight Basics
Tone with Dumbbells
Strong at the Gym
The first two programs can be completed at home with (1) no equipment, or (2) dumbbells and a band.
Not sure what you prefer? No worries! You will have access to all 3 programs in the additional workouts tab!
Most strength workouts are 25–45 minutes.
Optional HIIT/bootcamp sessions are 15–30 minutes.
