Since I started working with Jami, I have seen a huge increase in strength and endurance. I have an active job so that was evident pretty much immediately. I can engage in normal listing tasks much more efficiently and it takes a lot more for me to get winded I my initial goal was simply weight loss and working with Jami I’ve, as of now lost just shy of 60lbs.
